Immersive pages: video, parallax and full-width banners

Some pages have to make an impression: a launch, a venue, a portfolio. Pandao CMS brings a few effects that give depth to a page, each one placed as a widget, without a line of code.

A video behind your words

A short, silent video plays behind a title and a button. Keep it under twenty seconds and a few megabytes, and choose calm images so that the text stays readable.

Parallax

The background image moves more slowly than the page when the visitor scrolls: a subtle depth for a call to action.

Full-width banners and slideshows

A banner across the whole screen announces an event or an offer; the slideshow at the top of the home page presents your main messages in turn.

Use them sparingly: one strong effect per page is remembered, three tire the eye. You will find them all on the home page of this demo.
